Available in both L and T Port ball configurations. Clamp Ferrule end connections. 
ASTM A351 CF8M 316 Stainless Steel construction, 316 Trim. 
PTFE Cavity Filled Ball Seats and Seals. Self adjusting stem sealing. 
ISO 5211 Direct Mount. Blow-out Proof Stem. 
Available size range: 1” - 2” (other sizes upon request).
Pneumatic Actuators
Valve shown top is fitted with quarter turn Stainless Steel Rack and Pinion Single (Air Spring) or Double (Air/Air) Acting Actuator. Aluminium Actuator would normally be supplied, Stainless Steel on special order only. Actuator is Atex compliant and SIL 3 rated. Actuator Packages are fully assembled and functionally tested (dry bench test on 5.5 bar/g air supply) in house prior to dispatch.
Options include Namur Mount Pilot Solenoids, Switch Boxes, Positioners, De-Clutchable Gearboxes and alternative materials of construction, such as Stainless Steel, or special coatings, such as PTFE.
Electric Actuators
Valve shown bottom is fitted with quarter turn Electric Double Acting (Power Open/Power Close) Actuator. Model shown is HQ4/6. All electric actuators have manual override facility, open/close visual indication, IP67 rating, anti-condensation heater, four limit switches, push button terminal strip, wiring diagram and reversible motor with low power consumption. Output torques of 40 to 3,000 Nm.
Options include IP68 double sealed housing, local controls, 4-20 mA and 0-10v modulation control, Atex Eexd enclosure, High Temperature fire protection, speed control and battery back-up.
