ANSI 150lb end connections. ASTM A351 CF8M 316 Stainless Steel construction, 316 Trim. TFM 1600 Ball Seats and Grafoil Body and Stem Seals.
ISO 5211 Non-Direct Mounting Pad. Anti-Static devices for Ball-Stem-Body. Fire safe certified API 607 5th Ed (ISO 10497). ANSI B16.10 Face to Face dimensions.
AtEx and Nace MR-01-75 compliant. Pressure balance hole in Ball Slot. Blow-out Proof Stem.
Available size range: 1” - 4”

Pneumatic Actuators

Valve shown top is fitted with quarter turn Pneumatic Aluminium Rack and Pinion Single (Air Spring) or Double (Air/Air) Acting Actuator. Actuator is Atex compliant and SIL 3 rated. Actuator Packages are fully assembled and functionally tested (dry bench test on 5.5 bar/g air supply) in house prior to dispatch.

Options include Namur Mount Pilot Solenoids, Switch Boxes, Positioners, De-Clutchable Gearboxes and alternative materials of construction, such as Stainless Steel, or special coatings, such as PTFE.

Electric Actuators

Valve shown bottom is fitted with quarter turn Electric Double Acting (Power Open/Power Close) Actuator. Model shown is HQ4/6. All electric actuators have manual override facility, open/close visual indication, IP67 rating, anti-condensation heater, four limit switches, push button terminal strip, wiring diagram and reversible motor with low power consumption. Output torques of 40 to 3,000 Nm.

Options include IP68 double sealed housing, local controls, 4-20 mA and 0-10v modulation control, Atex Eexd enclosure, High Temperature fire protection, speed control and battery back-up.
